Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Delayed Deliveries

Lost or Missing Parcels

Damaged Items

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
